Urulai Kilangu (Potato) Masiyal Recipe

This masiyal is a simple recipe and it goes well with sambhar rice …give a try…:)


     2 Potatoes
     1 Chopped Onion
     2 Garlic cloves
     1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder
     2 tsp of Sambhar Powder
     Salt as needed

 To temper

     1tbsp of oil
     1tsp of Mustard
     1tsp of Urad dal
     1 Sprig of Curry Leaves
     Pinch of asafoetida
